Our experience began with Kim 4 years ago. She sat down with us and talked about the current market in the Muskoka area. Based on our budget, Kim provided ideas on properties that might fit our wants/needs and what type of home we might expect to find. We definitely tested Kim’s knowledge about local properties, and were never disappointed with her responses.

Most important to us, Kim was always honest with us about what she thought about each property, was always available and helpful, and we always felt that she truly had our best interests at heart. Even after closing our first house, Kim never forgot about us. She cheerfully would send us emails and would recommend properties that might be a good investment for us. Once again, we used Kim to purchase our second investment property. Her hard work and perseverance made it stress free.

In the future, if we ever decide to buy again, we will definitely use Kim to both sell or find us a new property.
